Born and raised in Northern California, Joe graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas Texas with a degree in Financial Economics.
He started his real estate career when he obtained his first real estate license as a sophomore in college. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he partnered with a local Dallas broker to start a new leasing brokerage. Over the past decade Joe has worked in multiple sectors of the real estate industry including: Investment Real Estate, Real Estate Analytics, Real Estate Financing, and Tech Real Estate. Joe's expertise with pairing technology analytics and real estate pricing is unmatched in the industry. With an extremely long track record of closings, Joe has built out a niche network of clients who look for the best pricing analytics and assistance when listing their property or helping to determine the right price for a purchase.

- Joe grew up working at his families winery - working in the fields and as a cellar rat. Eventually selling wine, his charisma and sales skills were honed at young age.
